The invitations themselves are gorgeous. However; I couldn’t get ahold of customer service and they did NOT arrive anywhere close to when they said they would. I understand delays. I didn’t get a shipping notification until two weeks after I placed my order. And I tried reaching out to them email, phone, chat, and I got no responses. I thought I’d been gypped out of 350$. I ended up ordering other invitations because a) I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Picky Bride to give me an update. B) I no longer had the leisure of waiting. I had to get them out that week. So I spent another large sum of money to get invitations from elsewhere. Three days later I got a shipping notification from Picky Bride (I was going to dispute the credit charge because I never got the invitations. This happened before I could do that) saying that the invitations were in China. Both boxes of invitations arrived on the same day. I can’t return either of them. I ended up using the Picky Bride ones since they were the ones I originally wanted anyway and they were expensive. Beware out there; the invitations are gorgeous but the customer service sucks. I wouldn’t use them again. It was a very costly adventure that I could’ve spent elsewhere. I understand mistakes. But I tried for several days in a row to get ahold of anyone and I as of yet still haven’t gotten any sort of response from my inquiries. Not that I need them anymore. Just letting everyone know that if you are in a place to wait almost a month it shouldn’t be an issue; if you’re like me and planning a wedding in 4 months we don’t have that luxury and they promised to have them to us in a little over a week.

It’s shipped super quick and packing was in great conditions.
