      Great product; customer service could be better

      We are very happy with the quality of the invitations, which are beautiful. However, customer service needs to improve. I had no luck contacting anybody via the email address on the website, only via the "chat" function. And, when I checked in on the status of my order 10 days after submitting payment, they had not even started working on fulfilling it. I wonder how long it would have taken if I hadn't reached out.
