They took 10 days to respond to me at one stage and then had to follow up to confirm they had received my approval email of the final proof. They completely misunderstood what I was asking for when I asked to revise the proof but because they took so long to respond I had no choice but to approve so I could get invitations to guests ASAP. Looks nothing like the invitations pictured even though I said I would like the font and leaves to look exactly like the advertised photo.
The branches they put in the corners look nothing like the soft design in the original design.
My invitations turned out perfect!! I did the paper upgrade and added 3x5 information cards to complete the set along with addressed envelope’s and couldn’t be happier with them! The company is so easy to work with, I asked to changed up my invite’s after to first preview and it was done and sent back super quick. The lady at the post office this morning even complemented them! I definitely recommend these and will be using Picky Bride in the future.
